Science Fair 2015
On Tuesday February 3rd, DMCS Middle School held our first Science Fair. There were 71 students participating with so many great projects that ran
the gamut from hovercrafts and marshmallow catapults to compressed MP3 files and testing homemade mozzarella for stretchiness! The elementary classes had great fun interviewing the Science Fair Scientists and looking at all the projects. The Middle School students were proud to show their accomplishments.
The projects were scored by a team of Middle School teachers. They were rated on completeness, display visual interest, writing proficiency and most importantly, scientific method and logic. Here are the winners:
